Some ideas for incremental daily improvements I could be making in my life. It started with water, but where might it go from there?


  1. Drinking water (3 glasses per day) Started May 5th, 2008
  2. Eating one serving of fruit
  3. Eating one serving of vegetables Started June 9th, 2008
  4. Eating more servings of fruit and vegetables
  5. Tracking daily nutritional information
  6. Cook one meal from real food


  1. Take vitamins plus calcium Started September 1, 2008
  2. Get some exercise
  3. Go to the gym Started July 20, 2008
  4. Wall standing Started May 12, 2008
  5. No Q-tips Started July 13, 2008
  6. The neck thing Started August 4th, 2008

Personal Care

  1. Showering and getting fully dressed every day
  2. Moisturizing my feet twice a day Started August 18, 2008
  3. Doing my skin care regime twice a day Started October 6, 2008
  4. Brushing twice a day Started May 19th, 2008


  1. All cupboards closed Started May 26, 2008
  2. No dirty dishes anywhere but the sink or the dishwasher
  3. All laundry away
  4. Couch properly arranged, chair clean
  5. 15 minutes of housekeeping Started June 24, 2008


  1. Leave the house
  2. Write 100 words Started June 2, 2008
  3. Eat with friends
  4. Knit 100 stitches
  5. No snoozing Started June 15, 2008
  6. In bed by midnight Started July 27, 2008
