If This Were Easy…


…I would take it lying down

So, this week’s new thing was going to be something about my feet, or possibly tracking my daily food intake, if I got my shit together well enough for that.

But as it turns out, my chiropractor has prescribed a tremendously annoying new exercise for me to do — lying flat on the floor with my neck wrapped over a towel and suspended in mid-air for 10 minutes at a time, twice a day.

I’m sure as hell not going to do that, unless it’s on my list. I’m not even sure I’m going to do it if it is on my list. That’s 20 minutes a day of lying flat on my back, which, besides being a tremendous waste of 20 minutes a day, has the problem that I don’t breath so well when lying on my back.

But, I guess, I’ll try it.

This might be the first weekly goal that gets repealed, though.

  1. Maybe keep a towel by the bed and do it right before you go to sleep, and set the alarm 10 minutes early so you do that first thing when you wake up?
